So I'm working on a Fiendbinder boss with my GM, and I'm having a bit of trouble creating an army of bound fiends. Namely, I'd like to use fiends other than the ten explicitly listed in the PrC. Which leads me to my question: Is there any formula/pattern used to determine the gold costs of each fiend? The Truespeak DC formula is 15+(2 * Fiend's CR), but for the life of me I can't figure out how they determine the gold cost.
I already mentioned this to the GM, and if I can determine the gold formula he said he'll let me use other fiends but I've scoured the internet (and my limited mathematical talents) but I can't seem to find the formula. Does anybody know what it is, or did Wizards just pull numbers out of thin air?

Fiend: Binding Cost/Truespeak DC
Babau: 2.7k/27
Succubus: 3.6k/29
Hellcat: 4.9k/29
Vrock: 6.6k/33
Cauchemar Nightmare: 8.8k/37
Retriever demon: 11k/37
Hezrou demon: 15k/37
Barbed devil: 20k/37
Ice devil: 26k/41
Marilith demon: 34k/49
