So the Ring of Spell Knowledge (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/MagicRingsDisplay.aspx?FinalName=Ring%20of%20Spell %20Knowledgetype%20I) is an interesting magic item that lets you pick up off-list arcane spells at SL+1. Trying to get some mileage out of it. Since they exist for up to 4th level spells, this lets us poach spells of up to 3rd off the list of other arcane casters.
Thoughts so far:
Ill Omen (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Ill%20Omen) from the witch list is a solid spell that's basically a no save misfortune. You could quicken one of these in a sixth level slot and then toss out a SoD in the same round for a pretty nasty combo. It's also just a generally solid debuff, even as a 2nd level spell.
Glibness (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Glibness) from the bard list, because for some reason they didn't nerf the +20 to bluff spell.
Any other ideas?
