Sleet storm seems to be a useful BFC spell, impairing vision and movement in its area. But how to take advantage of it (as a druid CL 7)?

I'm thinking about what other (core) druid spells or tactics would be useful to prepare and/or cast with it, and what others in the party could do to take advantage of it.

What would happen to a flying creature in the area of sleet? Can one send in a giant eagle to make flyby melee attacks from the air on the creatures caught within the area? (Tell it to fly through on such and so line, and ready an action to charge anything it encounters)? someone taking damage from the air would probably need to make a balance check to not be knocked over in that area, right?

How would a gust of wind interact with a sleet storm? Could one round of 50mph wind knock prone those trying to balance their way through it? and perhaps provide a brief visual of who is where within it, for targeting a lightning bolt?

Should it make the weather in that area "stormy" such that call lightning does 3d10 damage instead of 3d6?

You cannot ready an action to charge and fly through the storm - charging is a full-round action.

Oh. Right. "Attack" anything it bumps into, then.
