Ok so my Gix character was turned down by my DM because he doesn't want a character that is going to spend the game spending his time building a cult especially when a good part of it will be taking place on Airships lol. So I decided to come up with another idea for a character the idea behind this character is he is a member of house Orien & is a swordmaster so I will be using a combination of The book of nine sword's and the Blade or Orien prestige class.

The Blade of Orien Class (http://dndtools.pw/classes/blade-of-orien/)

So once again here is the guidelines.

Start Level: 5 Gestalt Rules
Starting Stats: 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, and 13 to place where ever I want.
D&D 3.5 Flaw's Rules: Start with 2 flaws to get 2 bonus feats.
Pathfinder Traits: Start with two traits. (More if I use a feat)
Starting Gold: 10,500 gp
Alignment Constrictions: None but I will be True Neutral
Books Available: Any D&D 3.5 or Pathfinder books as long as they are not 3rd Party. Meaning only thing's printed by Paizo & Wizards of the Coast for now.
Bonuses: Able to take Prestige classes on both sides if I want.
Setting: The game will be taking place in Eberron other than that I know little about the campaign itself.
Crafting rules: Pathfinder so Crafting will not cost EXP, and Craft Reserve from the Artificer class will be changed to gold instead of EXP.
Classes I would like to use: Warblade, & Human Paragon
Classes I want to use: Blade of Orien
Disciplines I would like to use: Diamond Mind, and Iron Heart.

I want to have the level 5 build down for how I will be starting out and then a level up guide all the way up to at least full progression of the Blade of Orien prestige class. This include's feats too since I am not certain what are some good feats to go with this class & either Swordsage or Warblade. So any thoughts & suggestions? I greatly appreciate your help. :)

3.5 skills or PF?
3.5 feat progression or PF?
3.5 races or PF?

and do you have a preferred race? maybe I missed it.

Blade of Orien requires some flavor of human.

@arkangel, the dragonmark of passage is required for the PrC and it's human-only.

With Assassin's Stance a swordsage 5 could get some real benefit out of teleporting to a flanking position. The other side of the gestalt needs to be full BAB to get the +3 BAB requirement of the PrC in good time. Human Paragon (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/racialParagonClasses.htm#humanParagon) isn't full BAB; how important is it to you? If it's not too much then I think Duskblade 3 / Blade of Orien 2 // Swordsage 5 would give you some useful abilities plus a good amount of damage.

Pathfinder skills and feats. Will be using Pathfinder Human, and the race has to be human.

Racial Paragon is kind of important because of the bonus feat, stat, and flavor but it is not required I suppose. Also the lesser dragonmark is required & the less dragonmark has these prerequisites.

Least Dragonmark (ECS) , 9 ranks in any two skills, Member of appropriate dragonmarked race and house. So I don't think I will be able to take it at level 4. I think the earliest I will be able to take it is level 7. Since when converted to pathfinder the ranks would be reduced to 6.

You can get Lesser Dragonmark a bit early with Dragonmark Heir, but it's probably not that big a deal. Personally I like Jaunter. you'll have to take a level of Fighter to get Spring Attack at level 4, but eventually being able to Teleport or Plane Shift is pretty good, and it's thematically consistent.

What's Jaunter? Is that a feat or Class in 3.5?

Ahhh ok I looked it up and it looked interesting I might consider it. But for now let's focus on Blade of Orien & Swordsage. ^_^

Also I am most interested in the Shadow Hand, Diamond Mind, and Iron Heart Disciplines for this character. :)

For a pathfinder game you sure are using a lot of 3.5 material. of ofcourse it is all mostly compatible. But can i suggest using the eberon in pathfinder (https://sites.google.com/site/eberronpathfinder/conversion-info/classes/prestige-classes/blade-of-orien) version of the blade of Orien?
I am also gonna point you to Path of War (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/path-of-war), the pathfinder tome of battle.

The blade of orien i linked to gives imo better bonus feats. is a bit more pathfinder friendly. Path of war has some stuff tome of battle does not have. but also vice versa. take your pick if DM allows it.

3rd Party stuff is not allowed only stuff actually printed by Paizo & Wizards of the Coast. XD

that's a shame. those are some pretty good sources. But the DM makes the rules amiright?

For manouvers: never forget iron heart surge.
Feats: depends on what you want to do on the battlefield. Reach weapon and get all the AoO? Or charge? Spring attack is cool since Blade of Orien gives mobility options, spring attack adds to that. Could also chec with DM if you can use battle jump by 'porting above the enemy.

I considered using a Spear & going AoO but I also considered going a different route of being a Rapier specialist, porting behind my enemies and delivering swift strikes to the gut.

~Edit~

Ok so I have the design set up in the main post now. Any suggestions? Or do you seen anything wrong with what I have posted? :)
