Let's max a wizard!

OK playground, I have a challenge for you.

The challenge is to create as powerful a wizard as possible using a limited set of books, designed for solo play. All I want is the most powerful wizard possible. Rather than being a contest, this will be a collaborative effort.

The books allowed are anything core, complete arcane, complete mage, the spell compendium, frostburn, and the PHBII. Keep in mind that this wizard is to be designed to fight alone. Also, just to make it more difficult, let's rule such that you cannot buy spells.

By buying spells do you mean no using money to add them to our spellbook or purchasing spellcasting service. I assume the former, but don't understand why you'd make such a rule. We don't need money to get all the spells in the game.

Do you consider Core to include Core Psionics (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powerList.htm#psionWilderPowers)? It might be used for Tippy's Fusion Astral Seed ascension (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?240522-Turning-Psion-into-the-Second-most-broken-thing-in-the-game).

Yeah, spells can be had for free using those sourcebooks. You can easily get all spells known and unlimited spells per day with those sources. You'll need more constraints to keep this within the PO realm.

No phaerimm with these sourcebooks. Do have barghests though, so some elements of the trick remain.
