The rogue, out on scouting duty, carelessly falls into a pitfall. As the rogue prepares to climb out, a wizard, the very same wizard they came to track down, approaches and laughs: Ha! I knew the trap would work." The wizard points at the rogue and mutters. Even as the rogue feels his strength draining away from him, the wizard speaks: "Let me see you climb out now, little rogue."

You got lines though it because of the crossout code. Go to the HTML view and remove the [ s] and [ /s] code (minus the space between bracket and letter)
Not bad.
Hmm...how about Gazelle's Endurance? Or Cheetah's? Fast, yes. But they can't keep it up.

Thanks.

Cheetah would be better than gazelle. Gazelles have pretty good endurance; that's the problem cheetahs face. :smalltongue: Hmm... I don't know...

...mayfly?

It should be "Fly's Strength" since it's all singular posessive terms. (You're looking to bestow the strength of a fly on a person, so it's singular posessive; right now you have the plural form.)

How about some small, weak bird, like a hummingbird or something? Since it's a constitution thing, the term 'endurance' doesn't necessarily need to be taken so literally, to mean just how long it can last; just pick something that's really frail.

I'm wondering why there is such a costly material component. If it were a focus, I'd agree, but spending 50gp every time I want to give someone -4 to a stat for 1 minute/level? Nah, I'll go with something else.

How 'bout "Evil_Pacifist's Endurance"? :smalltongue:

They seem like fun spells, though I would suggest changing them from a single material component to a Focus. 50gp per casting means that this spell would probobly not see much action, as it is just to costly per casting.

IIRC, aren't there just penalties? No actual enhancement penalties? I thought they would have that lovely property of stacking no matter what.

Um, ants can be pretty damn cunning compared to some animals, and gazelles are well known for their endurance.

There is a spell, though I forget the source, called "Chasing Perfection," which gives a +4 bonus to all stats.

I suggest an anti version of that.

As for the name of it, I take note of this:

How 'bout "Evil_Pacifist's Endurance"? :smalltongue:

And suggest calling it "Chasing mikee"

Sorry, I can't find Chasing Perfection so I have nothing to base it on. :smallfrown:

They seem very weak. Fly's strength and elephant's grace are completely overshadowed by ray of enfeeblement and ray of clumsiness, respectively. The rays are two levels lower, have range, don't have a save or a focus and can give a larger penalty.
