I have been reading the Divine Masters - The Faiths and Followers of Tellene. It mentions the Elemental Planes, the Positive and Negative Energy Planes, the Transitive Planes (Astral, Ethereal and Shadow), the Eternal Palace were the Gods dwell, and the Realm of Annihilation, were the souls of the godless are destroyed.
It also mentions Devils, Demons and Night Hags, who must come from somewhere.
But the Outer Planes aren't mentioned by name anywhere (there is a mention of "Outer Planes", but the souls of the dead don't go there, the gods don't live there, and none of them are mentioned by name, so they seem irrelevant).
Do you know if there is any mention of the typical Wheel Cosmology's Outer Planes (Mechanus, Arcadia, Mount Celestia, Bytopia, Elysium, Beastlands, Arborea, Ysgard, Limbo, Pandemonium, Abyss, Carceri, Hades, Gehenna, Baator, Acheron, Outlands) in any Kalamar Setting's sourcebook?
