mindrape and programmed amnesia will both do this. mind seed works too as long as you want to turn the target into a clone of yourself.

Not exactly, but you can implant memories:

There's also Mind Rape from the BoVD, which is Modify Memory on steroids.

- Modify Memory can implant a memory of an event the subject never experienced, but the event doesn't need to be one that never occurred (i.e. you can transfer your memories of that event).
- Programmed Amnesia works similarly as the above (it states false memories though, so YMMV).
- Reveille transfers to you the memory of how the dead target was killed. Does it count?

There's also a crystalline memories in Complete Mage... doesn't really transfer memories, but you can extract surface thoughts and then look at them with a full-round action.

Specifically, dude's looking to implant the memories of an aboleth into himself, and gain 'knowledge beyond the gods'.

Use mind control [Chose your own method] to have the Aboleth use Mindrape on him in the desired manner.

You could also use wish/miracle if they're available, however I'm not seeing a god allow miracle.
