So in a Pathfinder setting, what would make decent underlings for a Night Hag? Maybe some undead servants? a Wight?

any help is welcome

Other extraplanar evil monsters, particularly anything interested in human souls.

A night hag might have a nightmare steed, and lesser devils such as imps as servants. Perhaps it deals with succubi and incubi, or has spawned its own changeling daughters.

Thanks, I'm running emerald spire, andiI wanted to explore some of the fort inevitable stuff, such as the treasure of misty lake and the night hag thing

Evil elves wouldn't be a bad choice, because they are immune to Sleep and therefore could safely find themselves within the burst range of the Night Hag's Deep Slumber spell-like.

Of course you will want two other hags or hag substitutes with which to form your Coven. An elven Witch and an elven Hexcrafter Magus would be able to fill in those slots, if you wanted to build a force that could rival PCs with debuffs and battlefield control.

If you get your Coven online, it can Animate Dead at a higher caster level than the Night Hag herself. You will want to build Bloody Skeletons of a few tough animals or monstrous humanoids, because Bloody Skeletons get bonus HP and do not die from HP damage.

If you can find yourself pairing up with a Winter Hag (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/monstrous-humanoids/hag/winter-hag), your Night Hag's coven will have access to Simulacrum, which massively increases your options for minionmancy. You could basically have a half-strength version of any 18HD creature about which the Coven knows. And with that +15 Knowledge (Planes), your Night Hag will already be pretty darn knowledgeable about which Outsiders might have access to awesome Spell-like abilities.

You'll probably want something with access to Plane Shift, so your Night Hag will be able to access lower planar soul markets easily. Simulacrae of Couatls (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/outsiders/couatl) or Astral Devas (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/outsiders/angel/astral-deva), both within your Coven's ability to create (by my assessment), can provide Plane Shift at will, while many 18HD or lower devils and demons can cast Greater Teleport at will with a minimal load. So that's your at-will ability to travel to the Lower Planes, teleport to soul gem marketplaces, and unload your goods for up to 50lbs. worth of cash per minion.
