Increasing a Fly speed

What are all the ways that a character can increase a racial fly speed, if any exist?

Haste if always a good choice when you gotta go fast.

Air Heritage is one.
Feathered Wings give double land and count as racial.
Improved Speed is a double-whammy in this case, but requires you be a dragon or dragonspawn(the latter option I've not seen mentioned, but they do explicitly get access to dragon feats).
