Negate handicap (Ex)
Monk no longer suffers penalties from being a cripple. Restrictions: Cripple Masters without a leg cannot use their hands while moving at normal speed; Cripple Masters without an arm cannot hold two items, use two-handed weapons or shield.
Blind Cripple Masters gain Uncanny Hearing up to 30 feet, which is identical to Blindsight.
A Cripple Master can suppress this ability at will (free action).

Non-threat (Ex)
Using Bluff or Diplomacy, Cripple Masters have +8 competence bonus to convince their opponent(s) that they are worthless and helpless opponents. The bonus can be used once per opponent. The bonus applies in Feinting.

Bonus Feat, 2nd-level
Blind Cripple Masters have sixth sense, so they gain Improved Initiative as bonus feat.
Having less body mass makes it easier to hide. Non-blind Cripple Masters gain Skill Focus (Hide) as bonus feat.

Improved Feint
A Cripple Master gains the Improved Feint-feat, even if he does not meet the prerequisite.

Incompleteness of body, 4th-level
Blind Cripple Masters can now use Uncanny Hearing up to 60 feet.
Non-blind Cripple Masters gain the ability to use the stub of their lost limb(s) to attack. This does halved unarmed damage, but has +1 bonus to hit.

Sneak Attack (Ex)
Cripple Masters gain the Rogue ability to sneak attack.

AC-bonus (Ex)
+1 Extra Dodge Bonus to AC.

Crippled body, 6th-level (Ex)
If the opponent has lost its dexterity bonus to AC due to blindness or darkness and is unaware of a blind Cripple Master, the Cripple Master may use Death Attack against the opponent as a fullround action. The victim receives Fortitude save (10 + the Cripple Master’s halved class level + the Cripple Master Wisdom modifier) to negate the effect.
Non-blind Cripple Masters can now Feint as a free action once per round.

Smite Fool (Su)
Cripple Masters add their charisma bonus to damage when striking opponent they have just Feinted.

Crippled self, 10th-level (Ex)
At will, a good-aligned blind Crippled Master can use detect evil, as the spell. An evil-aligned Crippled Master can use detect good at will, as the spell. A neutral Crippled Master must choose whether his detect ability functions as detect good or detect evil. Once this choice is made, it cannot be reversed. This is a spell-like ability.
As a move action, non-blind Crippled Masters can “offer” their lost body part to opponents in melee, causing 20% miss chance for all attacks against the Crippled Master.

Monk Abilities
A Crippled Master's class levels stack with his monk levels for the purpose of determining his unarmed damage and bonuses to Armor Class and unarmored speed. His class levels do not apply to other monk abilities such as flurry of blows, slow fall, and so on.

Ex-Crippled Masters: Any Crippled Master who ceases to be crippled loses all the special abilities of this class.

Multiclass note: Cripple Masters may continue advancing as monks.

PEACH, if interested.

Interesting idea. One thing I would suggest is making the damage bonus attached to Smite Fool wisdom-based rather than charisma-based. Makes more sense fluff-wise and crunch wise, since monks don't really have a lot of reason to have high charisma. You should add this as well:

Thank you, that second chapter/improvement suggestion was golden!

About Smite Fool... Your suggestion makes a lot of sense, but the "damage" has already been done. I mean that the PrC is already hopelessly dependent on charisma since it uses feinting a lot... But perhaps the reasons supporting Wis bonus outweigh the reasons support Cha bonus when it comes to Smite Fool's extra damage.

Hmmmm. Maybe have smite fool also include the option to use the crippled master's wisdom or charisma, whichever is higher, to determine the bonus to bluff checks for the purposes of Feinting? That way it has more synergy with monk and ties in nicely flavor-wise, I think. They're not so much being charismatic to fool the enemy, as much as using their wisdom to subvert their expectations.

One thing I think needs a slight buff is the Incompleteness of body that missing-limb masters get. A +1 to attack isn't really worth halving damage for. I'd suggest adding a penalty to the enemy's sense motive if the crippled master uses the stump to feint on top of the +1 attack bonus.

Something you may want to clarify, is what happens if a monk is both blind and missing a limb, and takes this class. Do they get both sets of abilities or do they have to pick one when they first take the class?
