War Weaver quiescent weave question

Assume you're using 4 spells it seems like the only option is to discharge all 4 of them at the same time. I know it says they're discharged in the order that they're cast into the weave but can I choose to discharge the first two spells in one round and, the third spell two rounds later, and the fourth spell in the next fight etc?

By RAW, it says you release all of the spells. By RAI, probably the same. But your DM should be the final arbiter. It wouldn't be overpowered to allow FIFO releases over multiple rounds.
