My friend is running a M&M game tomorrow and i am supposed to read through the core book. However my problem is i have serious dyslexia making it very difficult to read.

Is there a video series or condensed format that doesn't have as many words that i could read or watch?

Maybe some cheat sheets?

I don't know about any videos or cheat sheets, but I suggest you and your group set some time aside to go through it together.

M&M is a very fun system, but it can take some time getting used to it.
