So, I'm about to use Karthak the Indomitable as an enemy for my players, as presented in Tome of Battle, on short-ish notice. Any recommendation for tactics? (I intend to have the battlefield consist of a few large-ish islands of stone connected by bridges that stretch over lava pools, no matter what the law of convection says about such situations. A wizard did it.) Any suggestions for how I should best use his tactics so he's not a pushover but won't destroy the players either?
