Anyone else here fans of the gritty-esque sci-fi?" I started reading a few weeks ago and I think it's great. I can't wait for Kari to start flying support for the Niobe!

For those who haven't seen it, it can be found Here: http://www.davidcsimon.com/crimsondark/index.php?view=comic&strip_id=1

Sweet! A lot of the webcomics I read have been getting cancelled or ending lately, it's nice to have a new one on the list.

Yeah, I've been reading for about a month and a half now and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. It's kind of gritty, but I wouldn't really put it into that category, since I usually reserve that for things like Warhammer 40K, though that's a pretty high bar. I think someone around here had a CD avy...

I love Crimson Dark- it's gorgeous, witty, creative, and has shiny, shiny explosions. If it has a flaw, I think it's a little too influenced by Firefly- I keep expecting Whisper to say "Miranda" at any second...

That was me. I require much variety so I changed it out and then changed it again. Daniel Qian, the Niobe's medic, just happens to have the same first name as me and he looks very approachable in this picture.
