Campaign Map make software

Does anyone know which software can be useful to make campaign maps and maps of taverns, keeps, etc?

I was actually looking at this today, the only free software that even comes close is Donjon (http://worldgen.bin.sh/fantasy.cgi?queue_id=557ed4f93a068af4&t=1434375433) at least on the first few pages of google
