Web enhancement spell list?

I was wondering if there is a list of Web Enhancement spells somewhere. Because sometimes I find nice things, and I wish I had discovered them sooner. Like this cheeseball (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/pg/20030409b) for example.
