I don't think Robilars Gambit actually grants more AoO's. It smply alters what circumstances provokes them.

Double Hit gives you 2 attacks per AoO. It is the only feat that grants more attacks on an opportunity without consuming additional AoOs.

But pre epic you are limited to your 1+Dex per round +2/Bracers/day AoOs with 2 attacks per AoO.

It's not a real AoO increment but Evasive Reflexes allows an alternative response that doesn't consume an AoO.

Keep in mind that you can always buy multiple copies of the Bracers and swap them out over the course of the day.

Double Hit gives you 2 attacks per AoO. It is the only feat that grants more attacks on an opportunity without consuming additional AoOs.

Or do you want to increase the number of attacks you get IN an opportunity (EX: Double Hit)?

These are technically two different things. For that matter, you may want both.

Um. Double Hit gives you 2 attacks per AoO not merely per opportunity. This is substantially different from Improved Combat Reflexes(the non epic feat which is different than the epic ICR mentioned in the OP), Greater Combat Reflexes, and Two-Weapon Attack of Opportunity which cost +1 AoO per opportunity.

So Double Hit is better filed in the first(x2 attacks and x1 opportunities) not in the second(x1 attacks and x0.5 opportunities) although it would be even better filed in "Increase your attacks (of opportunity) per round".
