A couple questions regarding spell storing weapons (from the SRD).
If the stored spell calls for a decision to be made (for example, blindness/deafness), who makes that decision, the spellcaster or the wielder?
When is such a decision made, at the time the spell is stored, or at the time the spell is released?
If the spell affects the caster in addition to the target (for example, vampiric touch), who/what would a stored spell affect -- the spellcaster, the wielder, or the weapon (in which case that effect would probably do nothing)?
