I have a really simple question, can the human take the Multiattack feat? Into context, a level 6th Wild Shape ranger do qualify for multiattack? I think that he does not, because the feat was intended first of all, for monsters, and second, his base form does not qualify for "3 or more natural attacks..."

Wild shape fixes this?

The base form is irrelevant. As long as the druid was wildshaped when he gained the level, he can take Multiattack.

But he cannot use it in human form.

Indeed. One must qualify for a feat not only to take it but also to use it (which leads to RAW problems with some bonus feats).
