Making a blinker

So i want to make a character that is fast. (quicksilver from marvel fast)
So far i got to Scout 6/Jaunter 4/Blade Dancer 10
Preferably i want to be able to blink/teleport around the battlefield. is this possible?
all books are enabled.

If you want only speed you might try wizard with phantom steed it is faster (240 ft base speed).
But it is not the same kind of flavor at all.
Also it gets killed if your opponents use long range spells and that you see them only from near and that there is cover nowhere else it flee fast enough for not being hit by any spell.
a pure psion with the metapsi quickened faculty and who use it with dim door can be good at movement and they can also have correct cac attacks with some faculties.
then if you find psionic chirurgy and that you take psionic essence you can regenerate psi point as much as you want between encounters and so not have the feeling your psi dim doors are wasted pp.

If you're going to do a lot of teleporting, I'd try to work in Shadow Pounce, as that grants you a Full Attack after every teleport.
