I am looking for a good random effect chart. My group is playing pathfinder and I would like to include an item similar to the rod of wonder in wand form. My DM used one last year but he can't find the link for it and I can't seem to find one yet that I like.

You can always just roll on one of the magic items tables (potions/oils, wands, scrolls, possibly even wondrous items if you're feeling crazy) and say "this thing happens."
