spell to share XP for crafting

I know there is a spell that does this somewhere.

Enables a group to share XP with a crafter of items, so that PC doesn't not have to pay the XP cost alone, when crafting items for others in the group.

I thought it was in PHII or something, but I can't find it anywhere.

No spell is required. The game already lets you do this. Let me find a rulebook reference.

I know it isn't exactly what you are looking for but in Unearthed Arcana page 97, there is a section on using craft points, which can be splint amongst others to aid in the crafting process..
