The gray warden's 10 level power Final Demise (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/e-h/gray-warden) make reference to two separate things which are never mentioned again, and as far as I can tell, come up no where else on the PSRD site.
Question number one: What is a Final Blade and what is that in reference to, if any? The entry says "a final blade" so there are multiple - what are they?
Question number two: The entry mentions "the magical guillotine" meaning there's 1 magical guillotine somewhere... what/where/who is this in reference to? secondly, is a gray warden supposed to carry around his own magical guillotine? are they even portable? Is he supposed to magically enchant a guillotine in his home base? Is this a requirement or something?

... sigh. Sorry, there are probably pretty simple answers to thes, but they are eluding me.

The final blades are (the) magical guillotines (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/MagicArtifactsDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Final%20Blade) (there are multiples). Beyond that I don't know, it's Golarian fluff so it ain't on the D20PFSRD. Check out the Gray Gardener (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/PrestigeClassesDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Gray%20Garden er), which is the real name of the PRC, for a bit more fluff.

This... explains quite a lot. Thanks!

Basically they are artifact guillotines that, when used to execute someone, trap their soul inside the blade (preventing resurrection.) Galt is a sort of fantasy France, more or less frozen in the Reign of Terror period of the French Revolution. When one is broken (not an easy task) the souls inside it break free, which tends to have pretty nasty consequences; much like the actual Reign of Terror, many of the folks executed by those things were wrongfully slain, so you typically end up with a lot of pissed off and powerful undead.
