Can entry into shadowcraft mage be done by level 6 (wiz5/scm1) without the use of flaws or the adaptation section?

A gnome with Sanctum Spell can cast the Shadow Binding spell as a 4th-level spell, meeting the prerequisites.

Easily. Get moderate depravity so that you qualify for Eldritch Corruption. This will also give you a bonus feat. Use level 1 feat for precocious apprentice (Wall of Gloom), the bonus from Taint for Heighten Spell, use level 3 feat for Eldritch Corruption. EC would let you heighten your level2 Wall of Gloom to level 4, letting you qualify for Shadowcraft Mage at level 3. Going into severe taint for another bonus feat would let you cram all this into level 1. Use Beguiler to have the skills without needing to spend even more feats.

EDIT:I forgot about the SF(Illusion) requirement. To accomadate this, one can simply dip into Generic Expert at second level. Tis means the level 3 build is unchanged, but the second idea would have to wait until level 2 to qualify.
