Some things are indeed true.
To keep your mind in exercise is, in effect, cerebral gymnastics. If you play games with memory or computation, you stimulate portions of the brain that perform those functions.


The part on storytelling and RPG is also true; if you play games based on imagination, you develop the imagination and at the end you find yourself to be selected by default when it comes to making up stories to your daughters.
