So me and my players had a heated disscussion of the geological makeup of the elemental plains of earth and water. Our main issue is what poppulates these harsh enviorments besides elementals like races and how do you build cities in a place thats 99.99% water. So id like to hear your guys experience with these places like how they looked and how enjoyable was your stay

this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?418709-afroakuma-s-Planar-And-Other-Oddities-Questions-Thread-VI) is a helpful resource for all things planar. it'd probably be able to answer your question. the short answer is "not much"

Genies, of course, for each of them. They build some of the largest metropoleis. Apart from that, the Plane of Water is one of the most life-friendly planes out there. Pretty much everything aquatic can be found there.

I see so im guessing with no land masses they built on other thing and using other materials. Earth is pretty easy. Air pretty much everything there flys so imguessing cloud cities. Fire would be multon cities of volcanic rock

Fire actually has it's largest city made of brass if I recall correctly. Water, you can probably make a city from ice in it or from coral. Earth has tonnes of materials. Air can use solid clouds, but because of it's weird gravity, you can also simply bring bricks or wood to the plane and make the city from that mid-air.

Just a note, only applies for D&D not PF, and many things are Afroakuma's personal headcannon and may override setting lore to make his headcannon more consistent to him.
