Weapon Proficiencies: You do not gain any armour or weapon proficiencies.

Hidden Expert (Ex): You do not take a -2 penalty for attacking with a hidden blade.

Quick Activation (Ex): You may activate a hidden blade as a free action.

Sneak Attack: This is exactly like the rogue ability of the same name. The extra damage dealt increases by +1d6 every even level. If you get a sneak attack bonus from another source the bonuses on damage stack.

Misdirection (Ex): At second level, you learn to take full advantage of the unexpected nature of your weapons. When you attack using a hidden blade that your opponent has not yet seen you use, you may feint immediately before the attack as a free action.

Unexpected Strike (Ex): You know how to exploit your opponent's surprise to its full extent. Any time your target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when you flank your target, you may add your Dexterity modifier to the amount of damage you deal if attacking with a hidden blade that your opponent has not yet seen you use.

Uncanny Dodge (Ex): Starting at 4th level, you can react to danger before your senses would normally allow you to do so. You retain your Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if you are caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, you still lose your Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized.

If you already have uncanny dodge from a different class you automatically gain improved uncanny dodge instead.

Deceive the Eye (Ex): Your motions are eye-blurringly fast when working with your hidden blades. You may make a DC 20 Sleight of Hand check to retract a hidden blade as a free action. If you activate a hidden blade, attack once, and then immediately retract it, opponents must make a Spot check opposed by the result of your Sleight of Hand check to see the weapon that you used. The target of your attack may add their Base Attack Bonus to their Spot check. Any opponents who fail this Spot check remain vulnerable to Misdirection and Unexpected Strike with that weapon.
