Building a Lich

So I made a Lich (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?426387-Lich-Prestige-Class) class, and might be playing it real soon.

If I want to go Wizard 11/Lich 5, what would be the best way to build it? And is Wizard 11 the best way to go?

Wizard is int, like the lich feature(s).

Just go wizard 11, lich 5. You can playtest your class and I don't see why not.

Is your prestige class supposed to be crazy good? Because you get all the benefits of progressing as a wizard plus many powerful racial features - BTW, lich looks more like a race than a class in some respects.
