Best Monsters to Create Touch Attack Skellies

I've been looking at the skeleton and skeletal champion templates. Xill have 4 arms and therefore get 4 attacks at their highest bonus. Presumably, spellweavers would have 6. I'm want to take advantage of these two templates and their ability to have a claw attack for each limb and make them pimp skellies for an evil NPC or NPCs in their own right.

Since every limb gets a free claw attacks, which other monsters have 4 or more attacks per round as skeletons or skeletal champions?

There's the Arachnoid Creature template found in Underdark and City of the Spider Queen, which gives the base creature four additional limbs of the same type as it already has. It can only be added to Animals, Beasts, and Magical Beasts, so no Spell Weaver, but an Arachnoid Girallon would get eight claw attacks.
