Dimensional lock question

Running some party members through a module that is under the dimensional lock spell thru most of the module. Got a person playing a cleric summoner. Can he summon his creatures while in the areas ?

If Dimension Lock works anything like Dimensional Anchor, the answer is no. Does it prevent extra planar travel such as access to the astral or ethereal planes? Then it probably also blocks Summoning.

You cannot summon while in a dimensional lock. You may want to ask that player to reroll, or nerf the spell slightly (e.g. let him attempt a CL check, or he can only summon creatures one level lower or something.)
