Components: V, F, XP
Casting Time: 1 full round
Range: Close (25ft+5ft/2 levels)
Target: One creature
Duration: Permanent
Saving Throw: Will negates [see text]
Spell Resistance: Yes

You begin a small speech that wears away at the target’s self-worth, rendering him immobile.

By proving that the target’s life is worthless, you assault his self-worth. Causing despair and beliefs of worthlessness. The target takes a –3 morale penalty to saving throws, skill checks, and AC. The target’s effective charisma score is 4 points lower for the duration of the spell. The target may attempt a Will save (based on the target’s Charisma) to negate this.

Focus: An object that the target values.(i.e. an enchanted sword, a commanders uniform, a wizards spell book ect.)
XP cost: 750 points

Hello I have tried to create a spell for my first time and I understand that its incomplete. I dont think anyone thought of it already, and I'm still new at this so please help me finish and balance this spell.

Ok, do you own On the Origin of PCs? Because Belkar DEFINITELY casts exactly this on a monk Roy is about to hire. The monk runs off sobbing about his life. It's pretty funny how he does it actually.
