Looking for a spell that makes floor...

...into a teleportation trap.
IIRC, it turned couple of 5 foot squares, into a "teleport 5 feet at random" trap.
I've looked for teleportation spells in SpC, two wizard completes, two 'scaceps, used on-line spell search engine and nada.


P.S.
It could be a psionic power. And I have a foggy recollection, that it was described by an image of female chased by two male orc, or bugbear.

Looks like that search engine isn't complete (it has only 3 teleportation spells from PHB II).

I posted this image a while ago, no sense in wasting a perfectly fair idea. Insert teleportation trap into pit. Make PC take fall damage.

Look in Stronghold Builder's Guide. Everything you need is right there.
1. SBG has two spells, none of them teleportaion sub school.
2. If you'd read my description, and FlyingHellfish answer, you'd saw that it is the answer.
