It has some monsters surrendering to Belkar, and he says "Surrender?!? Where do they come up with this stuff?". And then he chases after them saying something like "Come to me, my precious chunks of XP!"

I'm pretty sure this was before Belkar started caring about his cat, and before he started to pretend to care about other people.

I just knew this one. I don't think there's a specific way to search for quotes from the comic.

You could always Ctrl+F through the transcription, though if you don't know roughly where the quote is from that will take a while.
