Invisible caster delivering touch attacks via familiar.

Does a caster lose his invisibility if he uses his familiar to deliver a touch attack spell?

No. He's not taking a hostile action. He's not necessarily taking any action. So he stays invisible.

The bad guys will totally kill the familiar though.
