Hello all!

As a mental exercise, I am trying to cataogue all the ways to double natural healing. The ones I remember off hand are;

1. Periaph of Wound closure- DMG
2. Healthful Rest Spell-SpC

I am sure there are plenty more out there. Any help would be appreciated!

You mean overnight healing, I assume? Magic Bedroll (MIC, 500 gp). Normal healing + character level in HP. Plus Endure Elements while in it. My favourite until the Fortifying Bedroll is cheap. Sometimes even after, depending on the build.

Great find, thank you!

So here is the reason for my query. My DM has ruled that Fast Healing counts as a form of natural healing. The basis being that the DMG states "except as noted here, fast healing is like natural healing". So therefore whatever doubles natural healing also doubles fast healing.

I am looking specifically for things that double natural healing. With perpiat of wound closer and healthful rest, that's a triple. The class I am thinking of to take advantage of it, is The True Namer. They can have up to fast healing 20 going. With a triple that's fast healing 60. I am looking to see how high I can crank it, and the feasabilty of a True Namer tank that relies mainly on fast healing.
