So I've been struggling to find useful feats for a Fiend of Possession build, and thought I'd try homebrewing a few. Thoughts?

Versatile Possession
Prerequisites
Possess Object class ability, Magic Jar spell, Malevolence ability, or other similar ability to possess creatures or objects.

Benefit
You may change the target of your possession as a swift action, without assuming ethereal form (if relevant) between hosts. The original and destination hosts must be in direct contact with each other, and if the destination host is a creature then it must be willing for you to possess it - attempting to override a creature's will takes longer. This feat does not grant any ability to possess targets that you could not normally possess.

Deep Possession
Prerequisites
Possess Creature class ability

Benefit
When you possess a creature, you may subsume yourself deeper within it, becoming one to the eyes of your magic. While possessing a creature, you may choose to have any spell, power, or effect you cast on yourself affect the host creature as well as you, as the Share Spells ability. If the spell or effect has a duration other than instantaneous, it stops affecting the creature if you stop possessing it, and will not affect the creature again even if you possess it again before the duration expires.

Lingering Possession
Prerequisites
Magic Item class feature (the FoP one if there are other class features with that name)

Benefit
When you stop possessing an object or creature, if you had been affecting it with the Magic Item ability, the Enemy or Ally ability, or the Deep Possession feat, the effects linger for five rounds after you stop possessing it. In the case of the Deep Possession feat, the effect ends after those five rounds even if you possess the creature again before that.

Feedback on these would be greatly appreciated, to help my DM decide if he should allow them or not.

You should be aware that this could render Magic Jar spell very much open to abuse.
You're basically eliminating all of the spell's limiting factors.

Hardly - Versatile Possession explicitly requires the person you're moving into to be willing to be possessed. If they're not willing (which most people won't be), you have to do it the old fashioned way.
