Long story short, I'm rolling a lvl. 5 Halfling rogue who has CON 7 and CHA 5. So I've decided that the concept I wanna go for with him is that during his adventuring he has gotten into many accidents that nearly killed him (being so fragile and whatnot). However, since he came into a good deal of money from adventuring (10,500 GP to be exact) he decided to use these crippling injuries to his advantage. For example, he lost most of his teeth after getting caught by the wrong people in a dark alley. Afterward, he paid a surgeon to replace his missing teeth with ceramic counterparts that have been hollowed out. He stores a variety of small tools and poisons in these little compartments, as well as a piece of strong wire that can be used as a garrote.

So what I need help with is: What else should I do to him? What else should he store in his tooth compartments? What other parts of his body can be replaced with tools and such? I'm thinking one of his eyes definitely. The idea here is that at a glance he just looks like a mangy halfling whose been living in the sewers, but in reality he has an array of tools at his disposal at all times. My budget is 10,500 GP.

There's the Peg Leg (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/campaign-traits/skull-shackles/peg-leg) trait from Skull and Shackles, which does exactly what it says on the tin (and happily doesn't penalize you in any way). And then there's also everything listed here. (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/variant-rules-3rd-party/4-winds-fantasy-gaming/The-Loss-of-a-Body-Part/Prosthetics) I find the idea of a Pocket Shaft arm with a Bag of Tricks hidden inside to be very amusing. My arm is full of badgers! If you don't mind having a hook for a hand, you could probably get away with having a Traveler's Any-Tool (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/r-z/traveler-s-any-tool) serve as your hook hand when you don't need it for something else (a hook is a tool, right?).

I'd put a mini set of lockpicks in one (okay, a few) of your teeth. Never know when you'll wind up nekkid in a jail cell!

A Campfire Bead (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/a-b/bead-campfire) would also be handy. Maybe that could be your prosthetic eye?

What else should he store in his tooth compartments?

A very tiny dinner. (http://www.teamfortress.com/tf02_unhappy_returns/#f=21)

A very small turkey that he can eat if he's ever imprisoned

EDIT: D'oh, should have read the thread, Anchovies beat me to it.

Get the DM to let you make some custom items. Get a few slotless item made as false teeth. An undersized bag of holding in the lining of a wig (separable from the wig itself). Get a false nose that acts as a sprayer (Arms and Equipment), and load whatever you like into it. Replace a few fingers on each hand with something -- maybe wands (if you DM will let you), maybe feather tokens or vials of alchemical fire/frost. Get the hair on your wig enchanted into a n times a day entangle effect when thrown. Or make it a variant tanglefoot bag (grab it, sneeze onto it from your in-nose sprayer to activate it, and throw it).

Cast Shrink Item on some enchanted Small or Fine Shuriken and put them in false teeth. Get your peg leg enchanted as a staff. False eye an orb or crystal.
