Been inspired to create spells today:

These two spells where created by a gnome bard who grew up poor and died a rich.

It is important to note that cubic zirconium is very hard to distinguish from the much more expensive diamond. As a personal recommendation when casting this spell for others I would recommend having several 500 gp "diamonds" and valuable "diamond dust" to fuel these spell.

Divine Divination
School Illusion (Phantasm)
Level: Wiz/Sor 2
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Target: 20 ft radius then 1 Creature (see text)
Duration: 4 minutes
Saving Throw: Yes (Harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell has two separate effects. For the first 2 minutes after the spell is cast it appears to cause lights to flicker, small inanimate objects to bump, and bone cold drafts within 20 feet of the caster. The caster is free in this time to sprinkle crushed cubic zirconium which will fly into the air and take on ghostly shapes that seem to almost take the shape of someone the viewer recognizes.

During the final 2 minutes of the spell the target sees a phantasm that appears to show them gaining what ever future they are most willing to pay to have. In the final 5 rounds of the spell a darkness falls across the image and it becomes obvious that they will not gain that future because... and the spell ends in a bright flash just before reveling what stands between them and the future they are most willing to pay to get.

This spell has +10 difficulty modifier to identify it correctly using Knowledge Spellcraft. If misidentified it appears to be a divination spell.

Material Component: 1 gp worth of crushed cubic zirconium

Forecasted Future
School Illusion (Phantasm)
Level: Wiz/Sor 2
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Target: 1 Creature (see text)
Duration: 1 minutes
Saving Throw: Yes (Harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell must be cast on any target who has been the subject of a Divine Divination. If cast on another target it fails.

The target of this spell is able to look into a cubic zirconium and apparently see an image within it. The spell shows the target an image of what ever they feel is most likely standing between them and the future shown in the Divine Divination. They are then shown triumphing over the threat in what ever way they feel is most plausible and obtaining there desired future.

This spell has +10 difficulty modifier to identify it correctly using Knowledge Spellcraft. If misidentified it appears to be a divination spell.

The material component in this spell is a cubic zirconium of at least 5 gold piece value which shatters at the end of the spell and is consumed in blue fire.
