In front of you is a huge, horrible abomination composed of elements from bot bees and centipedes, it's long body chitinous body complimented with yellow and black coloration, large wings sprouting from it's back, and the very end of it's body is adorned with a wicked barb

The centibee is the creation of a mad wizard in the same vein as the owlbear. It has retained the wicked stinger of it's bee parent but is mutated and it looks extremely unnatural, in addition it has lost the poison gland in favor of extremely tough material around the stinger which prevent's the centibee's destruction upon stinging.

Combat:
The Centibee rushes towards whatever presents the most threat to it, stinging and biting it without remorse.

Poison (Ex):
Bite, Primary/secondary 1d2 Dex, DC 10

Vermin Traits
Though it is an aberration, the Centibee retains it's vermin mind (or lack thereof) and retains all vermin traits

It should probably have the Augmented Vermin subtype.

Hit Dice shouldn't show +0 for Con modifier. Attack lines shouldn't show +0 for damage either.

Bite is a secondary attack even when used as a sole attack so it doesn't belong in the Attack line. It takes a -5 penalty to attack. You n

Mindless creatures get no feats or skills other than bonus feats and racial bonuses to skills. I can't figure out why it has appraise since it has no treasure. [If you were going for laughs, it wouldn't be mindless and would collect gold and onyx items and then the appraise skill would make sense (pun intentional). ]

Mindless: No Intelligence score, and immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects).

How it should look with proofreading.

Combat

The Centibee rushes towards whatever presents the most threat to it, stinging and biting it without remorse.

Poison (Ex): Bite, Primary/secondary 1d2 Dex, DC 10.

Mindless: No Intelligence score, and immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects).

Vermin Traits: Though it is an aberration, the Centibee retains its vermin mind (or lack thereof) and retains all vermin traits

Skills: Centibees have a +2 racial bonus to Hide checks(included in the creature’s statistics block). A centibee’s Climb speed gives it a +8 racial bonus on all Climb checks. It must make a Climb check to climb any wall or slope with a DC of more than 0, but it always can choose to take 10 even if rushed or threatened while climbing. It retains its Dexterity bonus to Armor Class while climbing, and opponents get no special bonus on their attacks against a climbing creature.

I recommend adding the following Extraordinary Ability.

AH! Get It Away From Me!!! (Ex): Any creature with 3 HD or less who sees the aberration must make a DC:10 Will Save or become Panicked for 1d4 rounds.
