Can anyone help me - I'm looking for a Monstrous Humanoid, preferably with some racial HD, and either a +0 modifier or penalty to Con.

I know it's a weird request, but I've searched a bit without much luck. Monstrous Humanoids (at least those with 2 or more RHD) on the whole mostly have Con bonuses.
