Hello Playground! I am seeking a good My Little Pony Roleplaying game. I know of Roleplaying Is Magic, though with 4 incarnations, I don't know which one is the best, and I'm kinda iffy on the 4th one due to it being primarly web based browsing for the rules, and the PDF doesn't seem that great.

I know of Savage World of My Little Pony, but I'm not that fond of Savage Worlds, can't put my finger on why. Courage is Magic, I know of, but I want to avoid anything that is based off the D&D System, and Courage is Magic uses D&D4e rules, and Ponyfiner uses Pathfinder. I know of Fallout Equestria but I've found like 3 or 4 different ones by 3 or 4 different people, don't know the best one to go with, and I feel it would be to dark, and combat heavy, for what I would want to run.

So my question is....are there any good ones that I missed? Or can you tell me which of the ones I've notied as finding to be the best for a fun, MLP Game, that isn't freeofrom?

Thanks in advance.

Unknown Ponies: Failure is Awesome (http://lurkingrhythmically.blogspot.com/p/unknown-ponies-failure-is-awesome.html) is a hack for Unknown Armies.

Just as an aside, the combat-intensity of a campaign is dependent on the GM. I'm in a Fallout Equestria game that rarely sees combat. We resolve most challenges with RPing. The flavor of a system can be edited around a bit of one likes their stories lighter/darker or whatever. When picking a system, I primarily look at the crunch, the mechanics under the hood. :3

I mentioned Ponytales to you earlier, but for the benefit of the thread I'll link it here too. It's d20 based, but much simpler (Maybe more like True20?) Anyway:

I've always thought Exalted would ponify remarkably well, but maybe that's just me.
