But really, what you want are Races of the Dragon and Dragon Magic. If memory serves, these are the only books about Dragonblooded anything, really. Pretty much everything you need and can use comes from those two.

It's got some dragon-themed feats, spells, items, and prestige classes. But you are correct, it doesn't have anything that requires [dragonblood].
