Soooooooooo, working on a pathfinder character. Looking for something more interesting than bard or rogue for this campaign.

The campaign is about a legendary treasure, and we're all of course, hunting for it. Though no one has found it for hundreds of years. I'm wanitng a more interesting idea then rogue/bard looking for just money or glory.

In fact, something more interesting than just unexplained desire for money, fame, or glory. Any suggestions?

You'll probably get a better, if not quicker, response by asking this in the "D&D 3e/3.5e/d20 (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?59-D-amp-D-3e-3-5e-d20)" sub-forum.

Make a commoner VMC with wizard. You are farmer that has been taking correspondence courses with a wizard college and is seeking the treasure so he can afford to continue his education.

Last Paladin of a forgotten god. You are looking to retrieve this treasure because either it contains a relic which is sacred to your deity, or you want to use the wealth to reestablish your sect–or both.
