Best gear for animal companions?

So Ive looked through so many guides on animal companions, and one major section seems to never get covered. What is the best magic gear to put on your animal companions?

Right now Im looking at eagles for a packlord/eagle shaman/feral child druid, at level 12, I have 2 levels each in 6 eagles, then took boon companion 6 times to make them all level 6 equivalent, but I feel they still need a little something special in the gear department.

I always liked putting Bears in Full Plate, though if you want to preserve movement, Mithril Breastplates work as well.

I'm using a Collar of Enlargement as per Enlarge Person but it effects your animal companion. This was designed by my DM so you might have to request it. Prior to this I had a Collar which gave my animal companion 5 extra Tricks. Note I'm only a LVL 5 Druid right now.
