Looking for a Prestige Class

I am looking for a prestige class that is Full BAB, Grants independent casting, and has Polymorph or a Polymorph like 4th level spell (for the minor shape-shift reserve feat)

So far I have only come across Vandalis Beastkeeper, that fits the description.

Appreciate any help, classes from Dragon Magazine, Dragonlance, Ravenloft, or Kalamar are fine. Or other sort of 2nd/3rd party stuff is fine.

Not full BAB but Suel Arcanamach (Complete Arcane) gets cha based independant casting (up to level 5 spells) and it can get Polymorph on a 3/4 BAB chassis.

Divine Crusader, with an appropriate domain.

Runescarred berserker (UE, 31) has it as a 5th level spell, which could work because minor shapeshift is cool with higher leveled spells. Really sweet class too.

Divine Crusader is not full BAB, and I am unsure if Reserve feats can be used in conjunction with the Runescarred Berserker, due to its "spells" actually being closer to scrolls.
