Pretty much what the title asks.

Ocular Spell from Lords of Madness can turn a personal spell into a 60' ray that you shoot from your eyes. It's a +2 metamagic feat.

How does metamagic work with domain spells? Is it the exact same as normal metamagics, just you don't have as many domain spells?

I can't seem to find whether or not you can apply metamagic to domain spells. With a quick google search, I've seen people on both sides. I know that if I'm DMing, you can absolutely use higher level domain slots to prepare metamagicked lower level domain spells; however, that may or may not follow the RAW, I don't know.

Has that been errated? The description in LoM specifically prohibits personal spells.

EDIT: Spellguard of Silverymoon (FR) works on personal spells with an AC benefit

Darn it! lol.

Spellguard of Silverymoon allows any personal range defensive arcane spell to be cast on someone else on a touch. I believe 'defensive' is defined as something that improves AC, saving throws, or grants HP (temp or actual healing).

From the SRD:

With access to two domain spells at a given spell level, a cleric prepares one or the other each day in his domain spell slot. If a domain spell is not on the cleric spell list, a cleric can prepare it only in his domain spell slot.

Emphasis added. A strict RAW reading would indicate that the cleric in question must prepare Spell A or Spell B each day in each level's domain slot. No metamagic.

There's always Divine Metamagic, however.

Channel Spell (Ordained Champion 3) works. You do need to attack the recipient though.

I like how the first search result when searching Ordained Champion via Google = a toilet.

Anyway, "It's fine dude, It'll only sting for a little bit."

As a War Weaver, could you attack your own Editch Tapestry? Or do you think that's not really possible?

If you want to buff someone else, a Spell Storing ring works. Master Specialist 10 (Abjuration) is another option.

"In addition, spells with a range of personal cannot be cast through an eldritch tapestry."

Yeah, that's why I'm trying to get it out of personal range. EDIT: oh....ok. I see what you're saying.

AFAIK, Spellguard of Silverymoon is the only method. That has restrictions on what spells you can turn into touch spells, but there are shenanigans you can pull to make any spell qualify. According to the War Weaver's Handbook (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=1473.0), there's a Favoured Soul ACF that can do it.

You could use a whip to avoid damaging most allies. Get some leather armor, adopt a german accent...

Not positive I know what you mean. Maybe an Indiana Johns reference?

Pretty sure it's a reference to BDSM practices traditionally being more accepted in Germany than in many other places.

Ah ok. That makes sense I suppose.

Also, there is Master Specialist PrC, which capstone - Major School Esoterica - for Abjuration school allow to cast personal Abj. spells as touch spells, and emanations, which are, usually, centered on you, will be centered on touched creature

EDIT: Swordsage'd

Quick potion is a wizard spell that sort of does what you want.

spells with a range of "personal" cannot be made into potions.

As has been pointed out to me recently, it forbids "personal" target. But there is no such thing, only "you" target and "personal" range, so it is a terribly cheesy, but RAW, way to accomplish it

You can use Glyph Seals (1000/4000 GP, MIC) to target anyone who touches the warded object. The Glyph Seal essentially overwrites the "Target: You/Range: Personal" line of the spell description.

You can also do this with Channel Spell shenanigans via Spellsword or Ordained Champion.

Abjuration Master Specialist has not been mentioned yet.

Obviously it applies only to the Abj. spells, but there are some good ones there.

You can further chain that with War Weaver to make them Close Range.

P.S. Actually that's a cool idea for a build. Dibs.
Edit: Nevermind... I fail at reading the thread. Swordsage'd 2 times.

You can cast Personal Spells at a range of Touch to Mounts, Animal Companions and Familiars. So just convince whoever you need to cast spells on to to undergo the appropriate ritual. This will never work, by the way.
