Making the Most of Exemplars

I want to make something like a Jumplomancer (http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-character-optimization/threads/1141886), but not using Jump. I only want the first 5 levels of Exemplar, so I want to know the fastest way to enter the class, as well as the easiest skills to exemplify. All the books are fine, no Dragon and no third party. How do I make the most of this?

Ravenloft is in that weird spot between 1st and 3rd party so may not be allowed but has the Laborious Training feat for +2 max rank on Int skills and the Hypnotism skill for a little more fun. So X 1/Major Bloodline 3 gets you 9 in an Int skill, if you can manage a contact from cityscape for 10 then three levels of whatever for your 13 ranks and take your first Exemplar level at character level 5 instead of the normal level 11.
