Tiger's Eye Medallion

Resembles an actual tiger's eye (if somewhat larger than normal) suspended in amber and hung from a silver necklace that appears to be enchanted though no divination spells have determined the purpose. Creator unknown.
This medallion allows player to summon a saber tooth were-cat. Player must roll d4 to determine the type:
1=Sabertooth were-house cat: 'small creature' useful in small dark spaces and amazingly agile. This cat can be used to scout away from the player up to 120ft. It has 10AC, 10+1d6 Atk and 20Hp.
2=Sabertooth were-mountain lion: 'medium creature' extremely useful in mountainous environs (outside, if inside, cat looses 60ft mobility). This cat can be used as sentry, hunter or scout, can leave the player's side up to 120ft. It has 15AC, 15+2d6 Atk and 45Hp.
3=Sabertooth were-panther: 'medium creature' extremely useful in jungle environs (outside, if inside, cat looses 60ft mobility). This cat can be used as sentry, hunter or scout, can leave the player's side up to 120ft. It has 15AC, 15+2d6 Atk and 45Hp.
4=Epic Sabertooth Were-Tiger: 'large creature' deadly in most environs, gains 2x speed in plains. This cat can be used as sentry, hunter or scout, can leave the player's side up to 200ft. It has 20AC, 25+3d8 Atk and 60Hp.

The summoner can look through the eyes of all creatures summoned by this medallion.
All were creatures summoned via this medallion are both humanoid and cat, as such, their willingness to do as the summoner asks is limited, player must pass a DC15 random skill check (d6 1.Str, 2.Dex, 3.Con, 4.Int, 5.Wis, 6.Cha). If the summoner fails this DC, the DM chooses an action (creature takes a nap, the were-cat transforms into either a super sexy humanoid with 25Cha or the were-cat transforms into a mangy looking humanoid with fleas and 1Cha). The summoned creature is the summoner's (regardless of form) for 1 day. This medallion is useable once per week; 7 days are required in between uses to allow the medallion time to recharge.
