I am currently building a campaign around these guys and have a few feats for you guys to check out. Also a new item that has a huge cultural significance to the Maenadi in addition to its abilities. Let me know what you think.

New Maenad Racial Feats

Deafening Shout (psionic, racial)
The torrent of psychic screams you unleash impairs and deafens your opponents.
Prerequisites: The ability to use Maenad psi-like abilities
Benefit: Any target that you successfully attack with your energy ray racial ability is also deafened for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). If you are maintaining your psionic focus then you can choose to have any target you successfully affect with one of your power or psi-like abilities become deafened for 1 round.

Furious Spirit (psionic, racial)
The screaming rage inside you can barely be contained when your emotions run hot
Prerequisites: The ability to use Maenad psi-like abilities
Benefit: You may use energy ray (sonic) as a psi-like ability three times per day. If you expend your psionic focus when using your energy ray racial ability you can add your Charisma modifier (minimum 1) as extra damage.

Improved Outburst (psionic, racial)
A long time spent burning your brain cells to achieve physical strength has allowed you to push yourself farther, but at an even greater cost.
Prerequisites: Powerful Outburst, level 11+
Benefit: You gain a +4 bonus to your Strength score and take a -4 penalty to your Intelligence and Wisdom score when you use your outburst racial ability. If you successfully maintain your psionic focus while using your outburst ability, then you only take a -2 penalty to either your Intelligence or Wisdom score, while the other score takes a -4 penalty. You can decide which score takes which penalty when you successfully pass the concentration check to become psionically focused while using outburst. You cannot switch this choice until you stop using outburst, start again and make another check to become psionically focused.

Powerful Outburst (psionic, racial)
Your psychic potential bleeds through into your mind’s furious upheaval and augments your maddened strength with the screaming power of your brain.
Prerequisites: Outburst racial ability
Benefit: While using your outburst racial ability, you can spend an extra power point at the beginning of each round to add +2 sonic damage to any melee, natural or ranged attacks you make during your turn. At 6th level and every six levels thereafter, add +2 sonic damage, (+4 at 6th level, +6 at 12th and so on).

Subdued Spirit (psionic, racial)
You have somewhat mastered the cacophonous tumult inside you and can gain meaning from the noise.
Prerequisites: Furious Spirit, Level 3+
Benefit: You gain the ability to use broker, comprehend languages and demoralize as psi-like abilities, once per day.
Note: Comprehend languages functions as a 1st level telepathy power.

Tranquil Spirit (psionic, racial)
Instead of screaming the endless noises become voices guiding your actions towards your shared goal.
Prerequisites: Character level 6th, Furious Spirit, Subdued Spirit.
Benefit: You gain the ability to use broker and comprehend languages at will, demoralize 3 times per day and finally you gain the ability to use bestow power once per day. If you use bestow power to grant power points to another maenad they gain an equal amount to what you spent manifesting the power.

New Item

Ragetaker Amulet
Slot Neck; Price 3,660gp; Aura faint psychokinesis; ML 3rd; Weight 1/2lb;
Description
This spiral-shell shaped amulet must be worn by a Maenad with the energy ray racial psi-like ability for 24 hours before it is fully attuned and its abilities take effect. If any of these conditions are not met, the amulet has no effect at all.

Once attuned, the wearer has the option of sacrificing one of their uses of their energy ray racial psi-like ability in order to generate a charge in the amulet. The wearer can only sacrifice one use to generate a charge per day and the amulet can hold up to three charges. Any charges generated beyond the maximum are wasted.
When the amulet has one charge, it allows the wearer to change the area of their energy ray racial psi-like ability to a burst or cone and change the ranged touch attack to a Fortitude save (DC 11 + number of charges).
At two charges the wearer can use their outburst ability without the penalty to Intelligence and Wisdom for up to 10 minutes. Afterwards this ability cannot be used for 24 hours.

At three charges the wearer adds +1d6 damage to their energy ray racial psi-like ability and grants 2 free rounds of outburst. In addition, a fully charged Ragetaker Amulet can be thrown as a splash weapon with a range of 20ft. that deals 1d6 piercing and 2d6-1 sonic damage to whatever is in the square it lands in. This action destroys the Ragetaker Amulet.

Craft Universal Item, energy ray Cost 1,830gp

Every subject of the Psinian Empire is given one of these amulet upon reaching puberty and becoming able to use their racial powers. They are taught that using them is forbidden to everyone but academy students and active soldiers. Showing a fully charged amulet at the weekly cleansing ceremony is a mark of pride and obedience to the Empire, while a less than fully charged one or even empty is met with cold shoulders, whispers and even a quick check by the authorities to make sure their thoughts aren't running astray.
